🚫 Order Cancellations

You can request an order cancellation, but act quickly!

  • Cancellation Window: You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
  • Restocking Fee: A flat $25 USD fee will be applied to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
  • Important: Once your order has entered the fulfillment process or shipped (often within 24 hours), we cannot guarantee cancellation.

✏️ Order Changes (Size, Color, or Address)

Need to update your size, color, or shipping address?

  • Change Window: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request changes.
  • Fulfillment Lock: After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee edits once the order moves into our fulfillment system.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We prioritize exchanges and store credit over refunds, subject to item availability. We do not offer cash refunds.

Exchange Eligibility (30 Days)

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery only if:

  • ✔ You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong size/color than ordered).
  • ✔ You received a defective/damaged product.

Return Conditions

For any return to be processed, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Packaging: Must include original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error (wrong or defective item) was made by our team.

⚠️ Final Sale & Limited Items

Please keep these key points in mind:

  • Limited Releases: All exchanges are strictly subject to item availability. For highly limited releases, we may only be able to offer store credit.
  • Final Sale Items: Some exclusive, custom, or marked-down pieces are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Fraud Protection: To protect against fraud, refunds (when applicable) may be offered exclusively as store credit.
